1. You'll have plenty of free time at this company since management only cares about your work when the CEO needs to see a demo of the module you're working on. 2. Free Lunch. (This is best thing in this company and it is best and still going on flawlessly in this company only because their's no role of company's management here. haha)

There is a severe lack of management. The project being developed is large and complex, yet there’s only one person supposedly managing it. If you’re experienced, you’ll quickly realize that everything is chaotic here. This is the top reason to avoid this workplace. Now, you can think for yourself: in developing a project, management should be at the top of the hierarchy, but here, management is non-existent. I could list many cons, but they all boil down to the same issue—management. There's no point in wasting my time writing more when I’ve already wasted a year here.

Nothing very worst company I will recommend not join this company

1- Bad bosses behaviour 2- Very strict timings there is no time to go home 3- They sit employees at 9 pm till 4 - They not provide salary at times 5 - If there is not need of employees they email for termination with any short notice.
