Pros

A sense of purpose and contribution, flexible schedule, have a good manager, a supportive team environment, respected by manager and teammates. My opinions and contributions are valued in the team.

Cons

Streamlining internal processes such as organization and providing all details needed for each project can make it easier to process without delay and improve efficiency, clearly communicate every change to the team so the project can be smooth and meet on time. Better goal settling and alignment.

Pros

When given a project I feel supported by management and my team to get the project completed. I also feel comfortable asking for help when needed and it is always provided.

Cons

Initiating pay raises and reviews without having to ask for it. Lowering the cost of the contribution for health insurance would be helpful.

They’re somewhat flexible with schedule

Cons

CEO Raymond yells and disrespects his employees, it doesn’t matter what it was. He was charming at times but strict and old fashioned way to handle business.
