      There are no pros, except a few people which work there.

      Cons

      Basically I left a long term job to work for this company and got hired while they were begging me to join them just to be fired after 1 month because they hired someone else to do the job. Unreal company and a complete scam, I do not recommend Almedia to anyone.

      * Management is highly disorganized and expectations constantly change * Reaching KPIs does not guarantee security * Positive performance reviews can suddenly turn into layoffs with vague reasoning * Favoritism is common; seniority and politics are prioritized over actual performance and consistency * Overall environment feels unstable, stressful, and lacking in transparency or support

      Insincere feedback, favouritism, shady layoffs, no transparency or reasoning on higher management decisions, expectation of working overtime, unclear bonus structure.
