I'm genuinely relieved I left. The environment was incredibly unprofessional, managers constantly power-tripped, pushed nonstop sales, yet offered zero recognition when I delivered results. There was a quiet but obvious jealousy and high-school behaviour from people who clearly see this job as the peak of their career. Some staff seemed threatened by anyone with real ambition, and it showed. Instead of support, it turned into drama and attempts to pull others down. The turnover rate says everything. People don't leave good workplaces, and they leave this one constantly. Management and coworkers alike contributed to a toxic, draining culture. I'm just grateful I moved on to better places. This was absolutely not it.
