      Pros

      Welcoming and positive team culture. Amazing wellness offerings (yoga classes, sauna/cold plunge, kombucha on tap) and a generous employee discount. Fast paced environment but work-life balance is encouraged and respected.

      Cons

      Company is growing quickly, there are general growing pains that would be experienced at any large brand. Small teams in relation to brand footprint and department scope/workload.

      Free clothes and easy work

      Cons

      Bad culture, poor leadership, no recognition. I have been with alo for years and have never been asked to grow, even though I asked to. I have also never had an increase in my pay. I even asked for insurance except I was denied for years.
