Horrible pay, extremely overworked, demands sales targets with 0 compensation - Sales Associate Alo Yoga Employee Review

This most infuriating thing is despite the fact we only get paid $1 above minimum wage (in NYC, as of April 2024m it's $16, we get paid like $17), they demand you to meet sales targets every single day but offer no commission. NO COMMISSION! You can get paid the same bagging groceries with less stress. Also, the store is constantly understaffed and so we are very overworked, especially if you have to close.
