Pros
Overall, you get a lot of free clothing (head to toe). The pay is not really worth it but if you are ever in need of a new wardrobe this is the place. Also, I previously worked at lululemon and there are a pros & cons between them but Alo wins with providing clothing, parking passes in the mall & weekly pay.
Cons
No Benefits for part time employees (lululemon offers), Delayed scheduling, leadership communication (from FEL to Ops to Managers) and Salary for top employees.
