They are growing but horrible culture - Store Manager Alo Yoga Employee Review

Alo Yoga was by far the worst experience of my career. The culture is toxic and cult-like, with an unspoken rule that your entire identity should revolve around the brand. There is zero work-life balance—you’re expected to live and breathe Alo, 24/7. For a company that markets itself as a wellness brand, the treatment of employees is anything but. Corporate offers no real support, only constant criticism and unrealistic demands. The environment is unsustainable, unhealthy, and completely at odds with the image the company tries to sell.
