Toxic - Manager Alo Yoga Employee Review

Toxic environment starting from the top in HQ is disappointing as the culture of the entire company does not at all align with what Alo claims to be their values and guiding principles. Recruiters and higher up management will speak a lot about internal growth and promotions. However, the amount of turnover throughout the company including HQ is constant. Majority of employees are always new due to turnover. Favoritism and who you know vs what you know is also true. If your looking for inclusive, you will not fine it with Alo, it is the most exclusive company.
