      Pros

      Honestly, the hotel has been a great experience to work for. It has allowed me to grow as an individual and gain insight as to how the hotel functions as a whole. I have been given responsibilities and been rewarded and it made me want to strive to do better.

      Cons

      The place could probably use more staff. But other than that, it has been managing well
