Pros

Professional environment but supervisors were very friendly and supportive. I was working remotely but they gave us the option to go on site if we wanted to. It was a great experience. Its easy to get noticed and metrics are well defined. They hire a lot from within.

Cons

The salary could have been higher.

Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

Cons

Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
