Pros
There were a few good managers.
Cons
No real health insurance, only a limited benefit pay out. If you don't want to go into management there's little to know room for advancement, and they do very little to make employees feel valued. They have a mission statement, but the stuff about treating employees well is like something out of "The Prince." A few years back the upper management sent out a email on April first, that all the toilets were going to become pay toilets. It was a joke, but the sad thing is a lot of people thought it was real.
