      Pros

      full time, easy, laid back when it comes to calls, not hard to learn even if you dont know anything about computers, TVS, cameras, Ipods or any consumer electronics

      Cons

      no raises, too much work for little pay, no benefits, no competions, no manager gudience.

      The building had roaches, dusty vents, uneven paint, and I even stepped on pee once in their bathrooms
