      Pros

      best thing about Alorica is the flex time, paid holidays and ability to earn PTO, and overtime is often avail as well Commission can be good depending onthe economy as well as daily, weekly or montly bonuses.

      prefer not to answer at this time....never a good idea to publically put another company down

      Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

      Cons

      horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
