Easy place to get a job. Nice people, friendly coworkers

Cons

Unorganized ( the management isn't familiar with processes, don't know how to convey changes to reps) Under-paid They will hire anyone to put a body in a chair

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
