Alorica offers part-time and full-time employment Flexible hours after training between 6am-11pm Lots of room for growth, more than 70% of management is hired from within You don't need a huge amount of experience to get started and be successful here.
Cons
Benefits could use improvement - but each year I've been here I do see positive changes. CSR positions could be asked to work as late as 11pm Building in North Sioux could use some sprucing up. Competition boasts beautiful work space.
