Pros
-spacious parking -Open 24/7 sometimes, you can do overtime when it is offered -fixed non-rotating, shifts -has only a limited number of PTO that can be used
Cons
-not upfront with employment status -sick leaves are unpaid if you don't have a PTO to use -health care is to be paid for so they're not really benefits but expenses to be paid if you want to get coverage; otherwise, you're not covered at all if you're not willing to pay for it -allows usage of unpaid no harm no foul absences or PTO with pay, yet you can still be dinged for using them
