      (1) Unfriendly peers (2) Boss who likes to do things at the very last minute and do not know how to lead a team effectively (3) Flat hierarchy where the CEO and CFO likes to micro-manage, pick on people and scold them for petty mistakes (4) Low morale amongst staff across teams

      Friendly management and reporting head. Interesting projects to work on and able to see through the whole project from beginning to end.

      Downtimes in terms of projects, so may not be involved or asked to do anything for some time
