Avoid working here. The staff has a lot of cliques, and if you're not in the "popular" group don't expect any advancement. Upper management regurally plays favorites. Shady practices by management. Employees were actively told to not discuss compensation and bonuses to "ensure we can keep doing these". Really, it was to hide that some employees were being paid less and given smaller raises and bonuses. Workload is excessive for the staff size and is not reflected in pay. Very little diversity and there's a tendency to tokenize minorities.
