Pros
Radio can be fun when you're not micromanaged to death.
Cons
Incompetence at all levels of management, from the Content Directors all the way up. Uncontrolled gossip, everyone acts like children, and none of the talent has a clue how to do an actual radio show. Working two jobs is necessary and raises don't exist. I hate it here and I can't wait to find a new job.
