I have never worked for a company that provides so much support for one another and for our patients. Everyone is such an advocate for the patient as well as one another. Great health benefits and all around flexibility with balancing work time and family.

It was once an amazing company. Everyone worked together beautifully. Sales were high and everything was going great until big changes started happening. Raises were being promised but not given and then all the layoffs happened. 3 layoffs in 1 year (2023) this resulted in the company becoming toxic. Lying to people about their positions being secured with plans to fire them and as a result all the other people got scared and left too. Nobody was safe. I watched a team lead go through 3 interviews for promotion just to be promoted, hounded for their personal work that only they knew how to do. Just for management to take it and fire the newly promoted employee anyway.

Layoffs. Not listening to their workers. Putting the wrong people in management positions and outsourcing to avoid paying people livable wages.
