We are incredibly sorry this was your experience with Alpha. During your time here, we did learn and grow through the pandemic and the chaos it brought. We learned best practices in remote hiring, onboarding, and management especially for the clinical team. Thank you for being a part of Alpha and helping us grow during that difficult time. Additionally, we have taken your advice to management and acted on it. To give some recent context on the results of our actions, I wanted to share some results from our last engagement survey through Emplify in November 2021. The survey showed our Alpha Care Team (RNs, MAs, CNAs, Pharmacists, PharmTechs) had an eNPS* score of 100% and the Engagement rate above industry average at 90.66%! with an 86.7% response rate. We are extremely proud of this.
