The team are very caring and supportive They have a clear and important mission - Building primary care for women makes a big positive impact on patient's lives

They are a startup and so processes can be a little chaotic but I see improvements all the time. They are a remote first environment which can make it a little tricky to get to know people but they do a good job of hosting happy hours, virtual coffees and other events to help build camaraderie.
