Pay was above market salaries for the role. Now I know why.
Cons
-Horrible management and leadership, zero empathy or support, very combative and degrading.
-Horrible HR staff, combative and immature, zero empathy or support.
-As consultants billing to the client, the expectation is you work/bill full 40hr weeks to the client but AO leaders schedule mid day status calls with zero clue you are busy supporting the client and billing. If you do not prepare or attend the AO calls, your manager will make snarky degrading comments like 'you would know that if you attended the weekly status calls!!' Zero clue on what the consultants are going through to support clients. It is a disaster.
