      Pros

      Hours are great and supervisors have been wonderful. The onboarding is long, for good reason, is worth the effort for you and the company if it is a good fit for both parties. Encouraging education and certification has been refreshing and coworkers are helpful with everything you ask for assistance with. Paid medical for employee is a nice change for people who need to medical. Dental and vision are nice packages. Benefits for 401k are comparable with vested time being shorted than most places i have seen. Other Benefits are a bonus. All the staff in the HR department have been great and responsive. Leadership is open and enthusiastic. Would recommend over and over!

      Pay was above market salaries for the role. Now I know why.

      Cons

      -Horrible management and leadership, zero empathy or support, very combative and degrading. -Horrible HR staff, combative and immature, zero empathy or support. -As consultants billing to the client, the expectation is you work/bill full 40hr weeks to the client but AO leaders schedule mid day status calls with zero clue you are busy supporting the client and billing. If you do not prepare or attend the AO calls, your manager will make snarky degrading comments like 'you would know that if you attended the weekly status calls!!' Zero clue on what the consultants are going through to support clients. It is a disaster.
