Pros

Work as part of a great team, the company has a lot of positive momentum that they are clearing focused on maintaining, not resting on past success. They have done a lot of aggressive hiring to support that vision. Working at HQ the people are nice and hard working in general. Teams are still being expanded and there is opportunity to shape and grow into a new role based on company needs.

Cons

1. Leadership generally wants to bid on anything that moves, spray and pray may work in the small business realm, but it wont sustain the company in the big boy F&O world. 2. sales verticals operate independently leading to inconsistent quality of Alpha Omega brand presentation to the Federal Government. 3. Title Inflation, there are a lot of people with executive titles. 4. Funky management system called EOS, lookup EOS Worldwide. 5. Facing the Large Business valley of death and they know it, still figuring out how to swim in big pond.

Pros

Pay was above market salaries for the role. Now I know why.

Cons

-Horrible management and leadership, zero empathy or support, very combative and degrading. -Horrible HR staff, combative and immature, zero empathy or support. -As consultants billing to the client, the expectation is you work/bill full 40hr weeks to the client but AO leaders schedule mid day status calls with zero clue you are busy supporting the client and billing. If you do not prepare or attend the AO calls, your manager will make snarky degrading comments like 'you would know that if you attended the weekly status calls!!' Zero clue on what the consultants are going through to support clients. It is a disaster.
