I would strongly advise against considering Alpha Payments for your career. While the initial job description for a JAVA/Python developer seemed promising, the actual work you will be doing has absolutely nothing to do with these technologies. The role is entirely different from what was presented, and it feels like a complete bait-and-switch. At first, they present a very sweet and welcoming front, but once you’ve joined, things take a drastic turn. You’re pressured into signing a bond on stamp paper, which feels more like a trap than an opportunity. The work culture, especially for freshers, is toxic and unhealthy. The owner of the company does not treat new employees with respect, which makes it a difficult and discouraging environment to work in. The misalignment between job description and actual work, combined with poor treatment and lack of support, makes it an overall unpleasant experience. There are much better opportunities out there.

If you want your career path to be a staggered future, then you can join Alpha Payments. But if you’re a fresher looking to grow and learn, this is not the right place.
