Pros

Largely, the people working within the customer service units

Cons

Zero reward for hard work, unclear strategy, new ideas implemented at the drop of a hat and with seemingly no thought or consideration whatsoever, extremely limited scope for progression

Thank you for your review. As you will be aware, AlphaBiolabs operates in an extremely competitive environment, with high and constantly-changing customer expectations. We therefore have to respond swiftly to these requirements in order to remain a market leader, but we do appreciate that this demanding pace and rate of change may not suit everyone. Wherever there is an opportunity to develop our employees further, we do so, whether that be through formal training and qualifications, on-the-job development, or upskilling through cross-training initiatives. Career advancement and promotion also need to be within the context of business requirements, but we are proud that a significant number of colleagues have enjoyed considerable career progression during their time with us. We are sorry if we were unable to fulfil your own career ambitions, but sincerely hope that your new role will afford you the job satisfaction you seek.

Unfortunately, we believe this person is exploiting the anonymity afforded by Glassdoor to create mischief, as the allegations levied are completely false and tantamount to libel. As such, we are not going to dignify such ludicrous accusations with any further comment.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and management Free coffee machine Able to work from home 3 days per week post-training Quick to get the hang of things I had to leave my position to attend university, and management was supportive of this; a coworker even assisted me with my application!

Cons

No cons that could be avoided, the only frustrations came from difficult customers and supply chain issues out of our control.
