Pros
Great environment - take on a lot of responsibility early on, such as managing projects and managing client accounts. The company puts a lot of emphasis on each employee's personal/career development, so there are always new challenges to tackle and new skills to hone. As a young company, people on the client service team aslo get to be involved with other aspects of the business, including operations, client development and recruiting. Plus, there a lot of young people in the office, so it's a fun place to be.
Cons
No many - a double edged sword of growing so quickly with our clients is that we're getting more projects almost faster than we can hire new analysts, so things can be spread a little thin!
