1. You will work 8 - 6pm + most days
2. Expect to be micromanaged. As a general practice, my department had three daily check ins with our manager about the state of our progress, one first thing in the morning, another one right after lunch, and a last one around 4pm.
3. You will have rotating night shifts 1-2 times a month, depending on your department
4. There is a 6-month integration period where if you don't consistently hit your KPIs, you will be fired. This is why after the 6-month mark, the average performance of all associates in your class cohort jumps out of nowhere - the under-performers are let go
