Call Center Job Brainless no learning. People that stay there are not smart enough to get job offers elsewhere. Micromanagement 24/7. Do not apply for this job even if you are finding difficulties in getting a job is more worth it to be unemployed than starting your career here TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

Pros

Great people, great working environment, solid leadership that genuinely invests in the development of its people. Excellent place to build skills in talent management, client management, providing excellent service, critical thinking, and to build understanding across a variety of industries.

Cons

Unfortunately, no two business units (split by client type) are made the same. Some have much more abundant opportunity and are growing, where others present a more significant challenge to succeed. Unfortunately this means that skill & drive dont always correlate directly to compensation outcomes.
