Pros
There are a few people who are really nice to work with and really good at their jobs, but not many. Salary and benefits are pretty good. No other pros, and these ones are not worth working there.
Cons
The senior execs are awful people who are usually very aggressive and abusive and disrespectful to most of their people. They meet like a secret society and are totally isolated from the rest of the company and actually don’t really know the business they are in but are too arrogant to admit it. The CEO has even shouted at people because they decided to leave and, at best, he is just a very unpleasant arrogant person. Worst CEO I’ve ever seen. The execs show very little appreciation or gratitude for staff and the good work some of them do. Unless you are a Developer or Solution Architect. They seem to have a good life even though they haven’t landed a single project since the company started in April 2019. In fact, they totally failed to meet their sales goal one year which cut everyone’s bonuses in half, even though most of the other people worked really hard at their jobs. The work environment is totally toxic, but the execs think they have this awesome culture, which is a complete fantasy. The turnover of staff tells the story. The company only has about 35 people, but LinkedIn shows over 60 people either work there now or have worked there in the past. Some jobs have been filled 2 or 3 times because people leave. That’s incredible for a company that’s only been around for three and a half years. It’s a horrible place to work.
