Joined this company as a php developer 1.5 years ago. Alphalogic Pune provided me with the perfect exposure that I needed. Very good projects. Learnt a lot. There is NO office politics, and promotions are solely based on performance of individuals.
Cons
Considering the exposure and experience that I gained, there is not one point of disadvantage that I can think of.
