Look elsewhere, this company is a mess. - Manager Alphia Employee Review

This company is the result of a merger that is not going well. Basically, an investment group acquired several pet food manufacturing companies and thought they could jam them together and have a monopoly on the market. Like most failing corporations Alphia is suffering from very poor leadership in critical positions. There has been lots of turnover, layoffs, executives have been fired after only months on the job, board members have quit and yet, somehow, the executives who are most responsible for this mess have managed to keep their jobs. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
