      Pros

      The management is concerned about our career growth and providing us with different training opportunities. Since joining, I've participated in more than five training and mentorships. These have helped me grow my knowledge and skills. Now, I feel more confident in performing my duties and responsibilities.

      Great experience out of college; No toxicity amongst plant; Did provide a generous payment towards my last few years of college tuition while in a different role

      Cons

      Pay was low - offered a raise after putting in notice; Bonuses were nonexistent even as a long term employee - Bonuses aren’t guaranteed
