Business outlook

Pros

Fast growing culture. Transparency and Flexibility. You will trusted with responsibilities and exceptions are high. The tech stack is something is very diverse and if you are smart, you will be exposed to multiple very challenging problems. The senior folks are super cool and extremely down to earth. Most of the routine office decisions are democratic.

Cons

Lack of diversity. Most of the employees, at least in Bangalore, are guys from IITs, with less than 2 years of experience. Lack of both gender and age diversity is at times detrimental.

This is Ashish Chordia, Founder & CEO. Agree with both Pros and Cons. We want more diversity of thoughts and ideas; we think hard about this and are trying to constantly expand; that said, we have also taken the easier path of driving team expansion via targeted hiring at top tier IITs and Day 0/1 focus. This does lead to the pipeline problem of not having enough diversity in gender. We are aware and actively looking to fix this; it will take time but we will be relentless.
