Alphonso is a globally distributed team and we work around the clock, we expect team members to be able to manage own times and figure out how to organize schedule if there are too many early mornings or late night calls between teams located in different timezones. Also if you work at Alphonso, you know we do not have HR -- and I am your HR and I am listening.
