Great career opportunities, passionate individuals but lacks structure - Anonymous employee Alphonso Employee Review

This is Ashish Chordia, Founder & CEO. This review does justice to both Pros and Cons. We have passionate people eager to learn across entire company. We lack structure and sometimes we will have bottlenecks. We do not have 'managers' and we do not use that label or designation at Alphonso, but perhaps this person is calling his/her lead as manager. Thanks for the feedback.
