This review does justice to both Pros and Cons. Both are true.
Addressing Cons:
Alphonso has flat structure. We do not have titles and hierarchy, everyone is 'Technologist' and we measure the success and growth for team members based on the impact they have on the technology, product and business at Alphonso.
The points about remuneration is also accurate, we pay very well -- specifically for the team members in India, we provide one of the highest compensation as our compensation scheme is more or less global . That said, once the candidate is on Alphonso team we expect them to make an impact on the equity granted and the increase in compensation should come from the increased value of equity over the years.
Overall this is an accurate review for Alphonso.
