Pros

I've been with the company for a couple of years now, and I can genuinely say it's a fantastic place to work. The management truly cares about their employees, always ensuring that we have the support and resources we need to succeed. They also put a strong emphasis on caring for our customers, going above and beyond to help them achieve their goals and be successful. One of the best aspects of working here is the ample opportunities for growth. If you're willing to put in the work, the company provides numerous pathways to advance your career. They have an open-door policy for feedback, which means that your voice is always heard, and suggestions for improvement are welcomed and acted upon. The culture here is highly collaborative, with team members always willing to lend a hand and share their expertise. It's a place where you can truly thrive both personally and professionally.

Pros

Remote, no macro management, work life balance. Good place to go if you consider cannabis a priority.

Cons

Eggplants in suits. Bro culture with a tinge of self obsession and a passion for edgy LinkedIn posts (💪 type beats). Poor pay and weirdly nepotistic online environment with little to no investment in career development. And man is it white. A painfully obvious lack of diversity that you just can’t unsee.
