      Pros

      It’s F1. If you love it, you’ll do anything for it. Working here is a privilege and the environment is definitely much better than most, if not all, other teams

      Cons

      not really any. Sometimes you have to work longer hours if the work is required, but I don’t mind. It’s worth it for me

      Pros

      Good salaries and contracts if you can negotiate. Some really experienced people to learn from It’s F1!

      Cons

      Horrendous culture. People “in it” don’t see it and use the F1 badge as an excuse but the many good people in this business deserve better - you wouldn’t experience the same at any other team. Shocking management & exec team - vastly under qualified across all departments. HR department there just to fire people Zero investment in people Massive brain drain. Lots of people have moved on and those teams are thriving.
