Process is so refined it's almost academic - took the art out of investing and made it a formula

Compensation including carried interest is very competitive. Team has expanded with better career progression. Senior team is relatively young and is focused on culture. Very good market position especially in GP-led Secondaries

During peak deals work/life can be demanding (but everyone works hard together). Only moderate interaction with other parts of Carlyle (parent company) but has increased recently.
