Pros
Since the take over by Danone a lot has changed, for better or worse. Initially it was a bit hard to find our way within the new company but I believe it has been an improvement. The micromanagement has been reduced and the freedom has returned. But now with it strong frameworks and procedures that make the way of working clear for everyone. Additionally Danone invests in it's people, there is enough training opportunity. If you are open to traveling or relocating for work the world is your oyster. At the moment there are 900 open Jobs at Danone so plenty of career paths to choose from. Danone also helps guide you in your career by releasing a yearly career guide giving you tips on how to proceed. A yearly development conversation is also now the norm to further develop your skills/competences. Salary is competitive compared to companies in the neighborhood
Cons
Strong frameworks and procedures in place can also be seen as a negative for some people. Depending on how much freedom you prefer in your day to day tasks. Big companies tend to move slow. Less influence as we now have to report to CBU and WWBU.
