      Pros

      Strong and experienced team, clear direction and focus. Genuinely nice people who can be great fun to be with - work hard, play hard! Lots of opportunities to develop and learn. People who care about what they do and pull their weight to achieve company goals.

      Cons

      Becoming increasingly centralised and corporate. Losing entrepreneurial and purpose driven attitude. Decision making can be tedious and longwinded. Work life balance is an issue.

      Okay salary Private healthcare Individual departments work really hard for the business.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace culture. Carries out typical surveys for improvement but doesn't take the time to know personel. Unsafe high risk environment (at times)
