      Great pay even better benefits. Hard work and they pay well so your held to a higher standard.

      Cons

      Endless paperwork/quizzes. Long hours for many positions 12-14 hour shifts. (thankfully not mine.)

      Pros

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Cons

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
