      Not a hard job, people and management are nice to work with. Very consistent work, with unlimited overtime, but never mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      Will likely start on 2nd or 3rd shift.

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
