      Pay, weekends off, start times

      Cons

      Some days you work 14 hours others you work 6. You cannot plan anything, alro will not work with you for appointments, you have to take the whole day off. Turn over is very high.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
