      Good benefits, job security, mostly good coworkers

      Cons

      Multiple managers and they keep hiring "leaders" but not enough people who actually do the job. They give people easier jobs if they are unable to perform and just put more work on the good employees.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
