      They will appreciate you after you leave and ask you to come back as a freelancer

      Cons

      Bad work culture, no work-life balance, no appreciation, no promotions (only the incompetent will get promoted then you’ll get called in to save the day), horrible salary, no support, no resources, filled with fake promises.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to work on different projects and teams. Some people are great to work with. Teams are pretty diverse.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance and not enough compensation. Not very supportive of upward mobility. HR is very slow and in most cases does not come through with compensations.
