Pros

You get to work in a company that was started by a visionary and has a brand that is known in the industry

Cons

The new CEO that stepped in for Ben Trowbridge has taken this company in a bad direction. The teams that develop sales, marketing, websites, etc are never given credit for their hard work. The new CEO does not talk or acknowledge his teams except the higher up Managing Directors. The company has a Head of HR that is not approachable about your problems. The Head of HR also had multiple infractions that were all overlooked and was never fired. The Head of Sales/Marketing is too busy for his entire team and when things go wrong that person is never blamed for bad leadership. Overall, all leadership needs to be removed. Also, they have not paid a bonus in 2 years, and will delay your commissions. Again, this never occurred under the old CEO's regime.

Pros

* Great corporate culture * Great new leadership team * I personally looked at working here a number of times over the years, and never took the opportunity. Now that the "new leadership" is in charge this is a fantastic place to work and the company cares about me and my contributions. * The opportunities are endless for someone that is willing to work hard, and make the adjustments necessary to a "life on the road" as a thought leader/Consultant * Fantastic new Consultant training program that from a first hand perspective is going to enable Alsbridge to grow from within which is paramount to our continued success

Cons

* Small company mentality still in place in some ways. Fortunately, that is very quickly going away as the new leadership makes the necessary changes. That mentality will be gone before mid-year 2015 * Still a few of the old guard in positions of leadership that hopefully will change in the very near future, facilitating the final shift the extremely progressive organization that we are
